Narrative (The story of Sleeping Beauty)	This narrative genre includes narrative, recount and news item. All these text types in narrative genres composed to tell or inform.	The Players and Characters:
	Narrative text has a purpose is to amuse or entertain the readers to tell a story.	Princess Aurora (She was a beautiful princess. She was beautiful, nice, friendly and she was obedient to her parents).
	Narrative text has a generic structure those are orientation, complication, and resolution. Orientation means it sets the scene and introduces the participants/characters. Complication means it explores the conflict in the story. It will show the crisis, rising crisis and climax of the story, while resolution means it shows the situation which the problems have been resolved. It must be our note that “resolved” means accomplished whether succeed or fail.	Prince Philip (He was handsome prince. He was Aurora’s fiancee. He was kind, smart and he was a hero for Princess Aurora).

	The language features of narrative text are using past tense, action verb and chronologically arranged.	The King Stefan (He was Aurora’s father. He was a kind king. He always friendly and caring to the people).
		The Queen Stefan (She was Aurora’s mother. She was patient, always obedient to her husband. She was very loved her child).
		The King Hubert (He was Philip’s father. He was kind to the people. He had long been friendly with the King Stefan. He was also someone who liked to eat).
		Flora Fairy (A fairy who gave gifts of beauty princess Aurora. She was also someone who was keeping the Aurora for 16 years. She was kind, caring and loyal guard Aurora).
		Fauna Fairy (A fairy who gave gifts a melodious and beautiful voice to princess Aurora. She was also someone who was keeping the Aurora for 16 years. She was kind, caring and loyal guard Aurora).
		Merryweather Fairy (A fairy who gave gifts wonders for the sleep of the curse given by the evil fairy to princess Aurora. She was also someone who was keeping the Aurora for 16 years. She was kind, caring and loyal guard Aurora).
		Evil Fairy (An evil wizard who wanted princess Aurora to die, because she did not want to compete with her. She was evil and wanted to rule the whole kingdom).

		The Story: The story revolved around a princess who was cursed by an evil wizard because the wizard didn’t want her beauty was defeated by the princess Aurora. She conjured the princess where 16-year-old daughter when she was going to die impaled needle spinneret. However, a good fairy gave the antidote to the way the princess back to life if she was kissed by her first love. Finally, the princess back to life and was married to her fiancee who was her first love.
